You are involved in the process every step of the way to ensure your cake is a perfect fit for your special occasion. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients in baking - everything "from scratch" without doctoring cake mixes - and specialize in applying internationally renowned cake decorating techniques. We take great pride in fashioning every single adornment by hand and strictly out of sugar media, such as royal icing, buttercream, fondant, or our specialty medium: gumpaste. Whether a small token of appreciation for someone special or the centerpiece of a larger affair, we will provide you with the cake to make your event or message memorable.
